The tee machine is a special equipment for producing carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and the same diameter and different diameter tee. The tee machine adopt water medium, through the three hydraulic cylinders to cold form tee. The equipment is equipped with relief valve and pressurized cylinder to meet the requirements of various sizes of tee.

  The tee machine is designed according to the pipe diameter and wall thickness to forming tee.

  The tee machine is composed of a mechanical body, hydraulic system, control system and mould.

  The main body of the machine is divided into an integral frame and a detachable split structure. The overall frame is suitable for tee machine with a relatively small model, and the detachable split structure is suitable for tee machine with a relatively large model. It is welded by carbon steel plate.

  The hydraulic system includes hydraulic cylinders, pump stations, valve blocks, hydraulic pipes and accessories.

  Control system: operating cabinet (PLC control system).

  The mould includes up mould and down mould.
