The principle of Cold Forming Elbow Machine : stainless steel pipe is locked under the thrust of side cylinder, and is pushed by cylinder rod. The process has high automation degree because of  adopting PLC control.

       Cold forming elbow machine adopts hydraulic technology to form elbow. The mould is consisted of outer mould and mandrel. The mould is divided into two pieces ,and fixed by locating pin. The size of mandrel is decided by thickness of elbow.
